  • What material is used for TriCore cookware?

    TriCore cookware uses food-grade 304 stainless steel as the inner and outer base material, with a middle layer of highly conductive aluminum or aluminum-iron alloy, and an outer layer of magnetic stainless steel. 304 stainless steel contains approximately 18% chromium and 8% nickel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance up to 800°C—well above everyday cooking temperatures.
